Beauty salad

2 tablespoons of oat flakes, 4 tablespoons of water, 1 apple, 1 teaspoon of raisins, 1 teaspoon of walnuts, 1 teaspoon of honey with plantain.

Pour water to oat-flakes in the evening. Add raisins, grated apple, chopped walnuts and honey in the morning. Let it soak up for an hour and enjoy.
